Results of the 2020 Advanced Population Census have been
released.
the Advanced SP2020 results show that the Total Birth Rate
for Kalimantan Timur Province is 2.18, which means that every woman of
childbearing age on average gives birth to 2-3 children during her reproductive
period.
This figure has decreased drastically since 1971 and
indicates the success of population control programs.
Apart from birth data, the Advanced SP2020 also produces
data on population, mortality, disability mobility, education and housing.
