Complete Data Collection for KUMKM 2023 Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

The economy of Kalimantan Timur Province in Quarter II-2023 experienced growth of 6.84 percent compared to the same quarter the previous year. This achievement certainly cannot be separated from the role of MSMEs as critical engines of the national economy because of the enormous contribution of MSMEs to economic growth and social welfare.

Currently, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs together with BPS are carrying out Complete Data Collection on KUMKM 2023. PL-KUMKM is a data collection activity on cooperatives and MSME actors in the context of compiling a single database of cooperatives and MSMEs, which has a role as a supporter of government programs in empowering cooperatives and MSMEs in an effective, timely and targeted manner.

Information obtained from PL-UMKM activities includes information about business units/companies, information about business actors, and information about business characteristics. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that a single database of cooperatives and MSMEs can be created to support government programs in empowering cooperatives and MSMEs.
