HSN 2023 Talkshow: BPS Goes To Campus UNMUL

BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Timur Province has just held the BPS Goes to Campus Talkshow with the theme "Why You Should Love Statistics?" in the context of National Statistics Day 2023.

The event was also attended by Dr. Yusniar Juliana, SST, MIDEC, as Chief Statistician of Kalimantan Province and Dr. Dra. Hj. Ratna Kusuma, M.Sc. as Dean of FMIPA Mulawarman University also presented Novi Medyani, a millennial entrepreneur and farmer.

In this event, speakers shared knowledge regarding the importance of data and outlined its practical benefits, one of which is in the world of entrepreneurship and agribusiness. Apart from that, it also discussed the implementation of the Agricultural Census and student involvement in statistics through the Statistics Corner.
