Strengthening Business Process Quality and Service, BPS Kaltim Conducts ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Audit ✨

In an effort to maintain consistency and improve service quality and internal management, BPS Provinsi Kalimantan Timur has completed the Surveillance Audit 2 of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This activity took place over 2 days, on 26-27 August 2026.
On this occasion, BPS Provinsi Kalimantan Timur invited Ms. Rakhma Indah Kurniasih, S.T.P., M.T.Pn as the auditor to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.
The series of activities ran smoothly, directly accompanied by the Head of BPS Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Mr. Mas'ud Rifai, S.ST., M.M., and attended by the entire team of BPS Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
The audit agenda included:

⚙️ Evaluation of the business process flow of all activities carried out within BPS Kaltim.
👥 Direct review of the Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu (PST) process at BPS Kaltim.
Through this periodic evaluation, it is hoped that BPS Provinsi Kalimantan Timur can maintain international quality standards, continue to innovate, and achieve the best assessment results for increasingly excellent and reliable public service! 📈💪
