Abstract

The Farmers Exchange Rate of Kalimantan Timur Province was 99.71, or an increase of 0.16 percent when compared to the February 2014 NTP which was recorded at 99.55. For NTP per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur in March 2014 including the Exchange Rate of Food Crop Farmers (NTPP) was recorded at 97.46; Exchange Rate of Horticultural Farmers (NTPH) 96.74; Exchange Rate of Farmer Farmers (NTPR) 100.24, Farmer Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) 104.46 and Fisherman Farmer Exchange Rate (NTN) 101.17.

In Kalimantan Timur in March inflation occurred in rural areas by 0.14 percent. Inflation was due to an increase in the household consumption index namely in the processed food group (0.55%), housing (0.21%), clothing (0.07%), health (0.26%), education, recreation & sports ( 0.20%), but in the foodstuffs group there was a decrease of (-0.03%) and transportation & communication (0.01%),
