Abstract

  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in East Kalimantan Province in May 2019 was 49.90 percent, a decrease of 5.83 points compared to the April 2019' TPK which was 55.72 percent.
  • The average length of time guests stay in star hotels in May 2019 was 1.71 days. The average length of foreign guests stays was 2.35 days and the average length of domestic guests stays was 1.70 days.
  • The number of foreign tourist visits in May 2019 was recorded at 208 visits or decreased by 141 visits compared to the previous month which reached 349 visits.
  • Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting East Kalimantan in the period January 2018-May 2019 reached 3,777 visits.
