Kalimantan Timur's economy in 2019 grew 4.77 percent

Abstract

The economy of Kalimantan Timur Province in 2019 as measured by the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at the current price reached Rp 653.68 trillion and at the base of constant prices in 2010 reached Rp 486.98 trillion
The economy of Kalimantan Timur in 2019 grew by 4.77 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the Electricity and Gas Procurement Business Sector, which grew by 8.65 percent. While in terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by the Government Consumption Expenditure component with a growth of 9.97 percent
Kalimantan Timur's economy in quarter IV-2019 compared to quarter IV-2018 (y-on-y) grew by 2.67 percent
Kalimantan Timur's economy in the fourth quarter of 2019 compared to the previous quarter III-2019 (q-to-q) grew by 0.12 percent
The Economic Structure of Kalimantan Timur Province in 2019 in terms of sector is still dominated by Mining and Quarrying; Processing industry; and construction sectors. Meanwhile, in terms of the expenditure: Foreign Export Component; Gross Fixed Capital Formation; and inter-regional net exports still dominate the economy of Kalimantan Timur
