February 2020 NTP amounted to 114.73, up 1.66 percent compared to NTP in January 2020

NTP of Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2020 was 114.73, up 1.66 percent compared to the NTP in January 2020. The increase in NTP was due to the Farmer Received Price Index (IT) which rose higher than the Farmer Paid Price Index (Ib).

FTT per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province, February 2020, namely the Farmer Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 104.36; Horticultural Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 107.48; Exchange Rate of Farmers in Smallholder Plantations (NTPR) of 130.82; Farmers Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) is 101.51 and Fishermen and Fish Farmers Exchange Rate (NTNP) is 102.83.

In February 2020, four subsectors experienced an increase in FTT, namely the food crops sub-sector (0.90 percent), the horticulture sub-sector (1.48 percent), the smallholder estate crops sub-sector (2.84 percent), and the livestock subsector (0.81 percent) . Meanwhile, the fisheries sub-sector experienced a decline (-0.69 percent).

The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) of Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2020 was 116.04, up 2.06 percent compared to NTUP in January 2020 which was recorded at 113.69. There were 4 agricultural sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the food crops, horticulture, smallholder plantations and livestock subsectors.
