April 2020, the TPK for starred hotels reached 26.32 percent. The number of Foreign Tourist Visits reached 13 visits. The number of domestic air transport passengers in April 2020 dropped by 77.84 percent.

Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in the province of Kalimantan Timur in April 2020 reached 26.32 percent, this figure has decreased by 13.62 points compared to the TPK of March 2020.
The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in April 2020 reaches 2.08 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests reaches 2.18 days while the average length of stay of archipelago guests reaches 2.08 days.
The number of foreign tourist arrivals in April 2020 was recorded at 13 visits.
Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting Kalimantan Timur in the period January 2020 - April 2020 reached 476 visits.
The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in April 2020 was 40.56 thousand people, down 77.84 percent compared to March 2020. The number of passengers going overseas (international) dropped 100.00 percent with no passenger flights going abroad.
The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in April 2020 was recorded at 3.32 thousand people, down 80.05 percent compared to March 2020.
