The June 2020 NTP was 107.02, decreased by 1.29 percent compared to the NTP in May 2020

Abstract

The NTP of Kalimantan Timur Province in June 2020 was 107.02 or decreased 1.29 percent compared to the NTP in May 2020. The decline in NTP was caused by the decrease in the Farmer Received Price Index (IT) and the increase in Farmer Paid Price Index (Ib).

FTT per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province in June 2020, namely the Farmer Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 101.61; Horticultural Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 106.03; Exchange Rate of Smallholder Plantation Farmers (NTPR) of 113.24; Farmer Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 102.65; and Fisherman and Fish Cultivator Exchange Rate (NTNP) of 102.46.

In June 2020, there was only one subsector that experienced an increase in FTT, namely the livestock subsector (1.94 percent). Meanwhile, the other four sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the food crops sub-sector (-1.06 percent), the horticulture sub-sector (-0.70 percent), the smallholder estate crops sub-sector (-2.61 percent), and the fisheries subsector (-1, 09 percent).

The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Households (NTUP) in Kalimantan Timur Province in June 2020 was 108.80 or decreased 0.86 percent compared to NTUP in May 2020 which was recorded at 109.74. Only one subsector experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the livestock subsector.
