Abstract

  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in East Kalimantan Province in June 2021 reached 57.67 percent, this figure has increased by 10.9 points compared to the TPK in May 2021.
  • The total average length of stay of guests in five-star hotels in June 2021 reached 1.59 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests is 2.56 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests is 1.59 days.
  • During June 2021, foreign tourist visits reached 0 (zero) visits or decreased by 16 visits compared to May 2021.
  • Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Timur in the period January 2021 - June 2021 reached 82 visits.
  • The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in June 2021 was 154,218 people, an increase of 51.08 percent compared to May 2021. The number of passengers departing for overseas (international) destinations in June 2021 showed zero.
  • The number of domestic sea transport passengers who departed in June 2021 was recorded at 25,124 people, an increase of 24.60 percent compared to May 2021.
