Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in August 2021 reached 41.98 percent, this figure increased by 2.94 points compared to July 2021 TPK.
The total average length of stay of guests at five-star hotels in August 2021 reached 1.73 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests is 2.33 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests is 1.72 days.
During August 2021, foreign tourist visits reached 0 (zero) visits or decreased by 116 visits compared to July 2021. Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Timur in the period January 2021 - August 2021 reached 198 visits.
The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in August 2021 was 48,619 people, an increase of 12.33 percent compared to July 2021. The number of passengers for overseas (international) destinations departing in August 2021 was 117 people. ❤
The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in August 2021 was 16,655 people, a decrease of 21.36 percent compared to July 2021.
