NTP in March 2022 was 133.81 or up 2.32 percent compared to NTP in February 2022

Abstract

The increase in FTT was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) which rose higher than the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib).

NTP per sub-sector of East Kalimantan Province in March 2022, namely the Exchange Rate of Food Crops Farmers (NTPP) of 92.90; Horticultural Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 109.42; Farmers' Exchange Rate of People's Plantation Crops (NTPR) of 182.79; Livestock Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 106.43; and the Exchange Rate of Fishermen and Fish Cultivators (NTNP) of 101.06.

In March 2022, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in FTT, namely the horticulture sub-sector (0.95 percent), the people's plantation sub-sector (4.44 percent), and the fisheries sub-sector (0.87 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the food crops sub-sector (-1.38 percent) and the livestock sub-sector (-0.04 percent).

The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of East Kalimantan Province in March 2022 was 135.33, an increase of 2.41 percent compared to the NTUP in February 2022 which was recorded at 132.14. There are three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the horticulture sub-sector, the people's plantation sub-sector, and the fishery sub-sector.
