Abstract

The Occupancy Rate (TPK) of classified star hotels in Kalimantan Timur in April 2024 was recorded at 54.87 percent, an increase of 1.38 percentage points compared to March 2024. Meanwhile, compared to the TPK condition in April 2023, the TPK value in April 2024 increased by 1.25 percentage points.
Average Length of Stay (LOS) for guests at classified star hotels in April 2024 reached 1.59 days. The average LOS for foreign guests was 2.73 days, while the average LOS for domestic guests was 1.58 days.
During April 2024, there were a total of 378 foreign tourist visits to Kalimantan Timur. Compared to the previous month, the number of foreign tourist visits in April 2024 increased by 44.83 percent.
Foreign tourists entering East Kalimantan mainly through the SAMS Sepinggan airport air gate, which accounted for 100.00 percent.
