Abstract

  • The increase in NTP is due to the Producer Price Index (It) rising by 2.87 percent, while the Consumer Price Index (Ib) only increased by 0.39 percent.
  • November 2024 NTP for each subsector: Agricultural Producer Price Index (NTPP) at 100.21, Horticultural Producer Price Index (NTPH) at 109.00, People's Plantation Producer Price Index (NTPR) at 201.70, Livestock Producer Price Index (NTPT) at 103.39, and Fishermen and Fish Cultivators Producer Price Index (NTNP) at 100.32.
  • In November 2024, there were two subsectors that experienced an increase in NTP, namely the horticulture subsector by 0.04 percent and the people's plantation subsector by 5.16 percent. Conversely, three subsectors experienced a decrease, namely the food crop subsector by 0.88 percent, the livestock subsector by 1.43 percent, and the fisheries subsector by 1.26 percent.
  • The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in November 2024 was 147.32, an increase of 2.75 percent compared to the NTUP in October 2024, which was recorded at 143.38. There are two subsectors that experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the horticulture subsector by 0.38 percent and the people's plantation crops subsector by 5.32 percent. Conversely, three subsectors experienced a decrease in NTUP, namely the food crops subsector by 0.49 percent, the livestock subsector by 1.03 percent, and the fisheries subsector by 1.00 percent.
