January and February 2025 ROR for star classification hotels reached 52.05 percent and 52.78 percent respectively

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2025 was recorded at 52.78 percent, an increase of 0.73 points compared to January 2025. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for February 2024, the ROR value for February 2024 has decreased by 7.71 points.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for non-star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2025 was recorded at 27.24 percent, an decrease of 0.39 points compared to January 2025. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for February 2024, the ROR value for February 2024 has decreased by 0.10 points.
The average length of stay for star-classified hotel guests in February 2025 will reach 1.59 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests reached 2.38 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests reached 1.58 days.
