Abstract

The Publication of Slaughterhouse Statistics for Kalimantan Timur Province 2020 is an annual publication containing the results of data collection on Slaughterhouses (RPH) and Slaughterhouses (TPH), both government and private. Especially for Mahakam Ulu Regency, data was taken from the local Livestock Service Office, because the area does not have RPH and TPH. This publication includes data related to slaughtering activities and the production of slaughter products.
