March 2025 ROR for star classification hotels reached 36.43 percent.

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in March 2025 was recorded at 36.43 percent, an decrease of 16.35 points compared to February 2025. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for March 2024, the ROR value for March 2025 has decreased by 17.06 points.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for non-star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in March 2025 was recorded at 21.85 percent, an decrease of 5.39 points compared to February 2025. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for March 2024, the ROR value for March 2025 has decreased by 4.77 points.
The average length of stay for star-classified hotel guests in March 2025 will reach 1.45 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests reached 2.11 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests reached 1.44 days.
The number of domestic tourist trips in March 2025 reached 1,119,378 trips. This number decreased by 8.33 percent compared to February 2025. Meanwhile, when compared to March 2024, it increased by 15.94 percent
The number of national tourist trips in March 2025 reached 2,133 trips. This number decreased by 41.37 percent when compared to February 2025. Meanwhile, when compared to March 2024, it increased by 6.01 percent.
