Balance of Foodstuffs in Kalimantan Timur 1987-1989

Food and nutrition insecurity is one form of poverty that is allegedly still found in some rural areas of Kalimantan Timur, although economic growth in this area in recent years recorded a rapid increase. Level I Regional Government of Kalimantan Timur Province through the Regional Nutrition Improvement Agency in this V-lamp has tried to reduce the poverty of the population due to lack of food and nutrition.
In order to formulate regional policies in the field of food and nutrition, data on population food supply as compiled in the form of "Food Material Balance" is very much needed. Information on the level of stock of calories, protein and fat for the population in aggregate can be known, so that it can be compared with the level of supply sufficiency recommended by the government.
