Abstract

In the context of formulating regional policies in the field of food and nutrition, data on population food supply as compiled in the form of a Food Material Balance (NBM) is very much needed. Information on the level of stock of calories, protein and fat for the population in aggregate can be known, so that it can be compared with the level of supply sufficiency recommended by the government.
