Current Issues Analysis of Kalimantan Timur Province 2024

Analysis of Current Issues in Kalimantan Timur Province 2024 is annual publication of the BPS-Statistics Kalimantan Timur Province. This publication presents several selected themes that become interesting issues in Kalimantan Timur Province during 2024. The first theme discusses the Potential and Challenges Development of Micro and Small Industries in Kalimantan Timur Province: A Study in Support of the Relocation of the National Capital. This theme is quite interesting to discuss because it looks at the opportunities of Micro and Small Industries to overcome economic inequality in Kalimantan Timur Province. The second theme discusses Criminality and Socio-Economic Dynamics in Kalimantan Timur Province. This theme was raised to illustrate that economic transformation can have a double impact, in addition to promising prosperity can also trigger a spike in criminality. The third theme is about the consumption pattern of Kalimantan Timur Province people. The selection of this theme was conducted to see the picture of people's consumption patterns in Kalimantan Timur Province over the last few decades.
