Determination of BPS Kaltim Quality Policy

BPS Kalimantan Timur Province's commitment to continuously improving service quality will never wane. Therefore, we describe the quality aspects of our service in a Quality Policy.

On March 1 2024, the Head of BPS Kalimantan Timur Province officially established a quality policy that must be implemented by all employees, in order to provide services to the community.

We are committed to:

1. Realizing the established vision and mission

2. Improve the quality of service to service users

3. Implement a Quality Management System on an ongoing basis to achieve the targets and objectives set

4. Fulfill applicable laws and regulations, requirements and obligations related to the implementation of the quality management system.

So, let's continue to help BPS Kaltim to improve services.
