In April 2025, the Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of star-rated hotels in Indonesia reached 50.69 percent.

Abstract

The number of foreign tourist visits in April 2025 reached 792 visits. This number increased by 53.19 percent when compared to March 2025. Meanwhile, when compared to April 2024, it increased by 109.52 percent.
The number of national tourist trips in April 2025 reached 3,831 trips. This number increased by 79.61 percent when compared to March 2025. Meanwhile, when compared to April 2024, it increased by 122.47 percent.
The number of domestic tourist trips by destination district/city in April 2025 reached 1,667,273 trips. This number increased by 53.12 percent compared to March 2025. Meanwhile, when compared to April 2024, it increased by 43.29 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in April 2025 was recorded at 50.69 percent, an increase of 14.26 points compared to March 2025. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for April 2024, the ROR value for April 2025 has decreased by 4.18 points.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for non-star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in April 2025 was recorded at 23.40 percent, an increase of 1.55 points compared to March 2025. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for April 2024, the ROR value for April 2025 has decreased by 2.18 points.
The average length of stay for star-classified hotel guests in April 2025 will reach 1.52 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests reached 2.92 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests reached 1.50 days.
