Last Monday (3/6), BPS Kalimantan Timur Province carried out a routine Official Statistical News Release at the beginning of the month for several indicators, one of which was the Tourism Development of East Kalimantan Province, conditions in April 2024.

In April 2024, visits by foreign tourists (tourists) through the main entrance by air transport, namely SAMS Sepinggan Airport, during April 2024 were 378 visits or an increase of 44.83 percent compared to March 2024. Meanwhile, in April 2024 there were no visits by foreign tourists entering East Kalimantan via the main entrance by sea transportation.

Apart from data on foreign tourists, on this occasion several data were also released such as inflation, NTP, export-import and transportation which can be accessed via the kaltim.bps.go.id website
