Abstract

Forecast Number I (ARAM I) in 2013 rice production is estimated at 566,973 tons of Dried Grain (GKG). Compared to 2012 production, there was a relatively small increase of 5,014 tons (0.89 percent). This relatively small increase in production occurred because there were still many changes in the function of dry land (fields) although there was an increase in the area of rice harvest in the area of 2,478 hectares (2.65 percent).

The largest estimated increase in rice production in 2013 occurred in the Regency of Kutai Kartanegara and Berau.
